Piscinão Palm Beach Environmental Park or PalmPiscinão or Palm Beach Environmental Park of the Palms is a recreation area consisting of an artificial beach related to a public swimming pool with salt water, installed in the neighborhood of Palms, in the north of Rio de Janeiro.
The pool was assembled using sea water for local people, mostly children, to take advantage of the prevailing climate of the coastline of the Bay of Guanabara and reset the rates of drowning.
The big pool has reached 60,000 people receive in a single weekend.
